What you are buying
The Lower Back Program is a digital product delivered as a PDF file. You pay $39 once. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, no trial that converts into a payment, and nothing further to buy.
Access is immediate. You get a download link on the confirmation page and by email once payment completes.
Who you are buying from
Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the merchant of record for this sale and handles payment processing, invoicing and applicable VAT. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction alongside these terms.
What you can do with the PDF
The purchase is for your personal use. You can read it on any of your own devices and print a copy for yourself.
Please do not:
- Republish it, resell it, or share it publicly
- Upload it to file sharing sites
- Reproduce substantial parts of it as your own work
Showing it to a doctor or physiotherapist you are working with is entirely fine and I would encourage it.
Refunds
Covered separately on the refund policy page. Short version: a 14 day right to cancel before you download it, and after that, email me and we will work something out.
No medical claims
This program is educational material based on personal experience. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment plan. It does not claim to cure, treat or prevent any condition. Full detail is on the medical disclaimer page, which forms part of these terms.
No outcome is promised or guaranteed. You are responsible for decisions you make about your own health, and for stopping anything that causes you pain and speaking to a professional.
Accuracy
I have tried to be accurate and to source anything factual. Material may be updated over time as I revise it. Buyers get updated versions at no extra cost.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, my liability in connection with this site and the program is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Governing law
